Consistency is perfect! Flavour is a bit sweet, I like it better with 2 cups of liquid instead of 1
Coconut flavor is definitely noticable, so if you don't like coconut, you may not like this.

I'm a matcha purist. I drink it every day for the past 6 years.
I think the true protein test is if it's good with water (which usually they aren't) and this one actually is - like I don't know how its possible
As far as the matcha flavour goes, I do find it sweeter than I prefer, but that's easily solved with less powder or more water.
I think the coconut powder in the mix does slightly overpower the matcha flavour - if you don't like coconut, you may not like this.
The consistency is UNMATCHED. It blends so well with minimal mixing (I don't even have a shaker bottle - I just used a fork) and it's not thick or grainy, it's just smooth and thin. I love that! Slight aftertaste but nothing crazy.
I'll definitely order again!

If you love Japanese matcha KitKats, you will love this protein. The smell is absolutely spot on and it makes my post-workout shakes taste like a treat.

I bought the sample pack to try a few new flavours, and this was hands down my favourite. I ordered a full bag of it before I even finished drinking the one I made with the sample pack!
It tastes like a cafe-quality matha latte while helping me hit my protein goals every day. As a bonus, it's saving me money because I haven't gone to the cafe to buy a matcha latte since I received it.
I also use it to make matcha chia pudding and top it with sliced strawberries, which has become one of my favourite high-protein and fibre-rich morning snacks.

I LOVE the new formula. I’ve tried both their old and new taro protein and found the previous one too light. This one actually reminds me of my favorite taro soup dessert my mom always made me growing up! I find it a bit sweet so I prefer adding water and just a dash of milk.
