Strawberry Coconut Matcha Protein
This super cute insta-worthy drink is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly refreshing. Perfect for those hot summer days when a cool down is absolutely necessary! Trust us, you have to try this combo! Ingredients 1 scoop of MATCHA LATTE protein powder ¾ cup frozen or fresh strawberries 1-2 tbsp of honey 4 oz of coconut milk 4 oz of water Approx.1 cup of ice Tall glass Directions Make the Strawberry Puree-Puree the strawberries with honey using a blender or masher. Mix 4 oz water with 1 scoop of MATCHA LATTE protein to a shaker bottle. Shake vigorously to ensure that the powder mixes well. Add the Strawberry Puree to a tall glass, then add ice and coconut milk to create the second layer. Lastly, gently pour the Matcha Latte protein on top to complete the drink. Enjoy!
